Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch1(18)InstructionWELDINGOFTHECRANEFOUNDATIONTOTHESHIP´SPEDESTALANDINSPECTIONBEFORELIFTINGONBOARDTHECRANEORTWINPLATFORM克令吊基座与船体基柱的焊接和安装吊机或双吊公共平台前的检查1.INSTRUCTIONSFORWELDINGTHECRANEFOUNDATIONTOTHESHIP’SPEDESTAL克令吊基座与船体基柱的焊接施工指导书1.1TheQualityManagerisresponsibleforthecontentsofthisinstructionandtheServiceManagerforthesurveillancethatitisobserved.Note!Themanufactureofthefoundationshallenclosethisinstructionwhenthefoundationisdelivered.质检部经理需对该指导书的内容负责,同时由服务部经理加以监督。注意:基座在加工完交货时需附上本施工指导书。1.2.Theshownjointsorshapesoffoundationsaretypical,butthedesigndiffersfromshiptoship.所示的基座接点和形状具有代表性,具体设计中会有所不同。1.3.Toavoidfittingproblems,thedimensionofthepedestalshallbecheckedbeforeweldingtothefoundation.Pushingandpullingfoundationtofitthepedestalisnotallowed.为防止装配时出现问题,应在焊接前检查基柱的尺寸。在冷装配基座至基柱,禁止挤压基座来配合基柱的尺寸。1.4.Thenumbersofbeadsintheweldingdependsonthethicknessofthematerialandmustthusbetakenintoconsiderationwhenmakingtheweldingprocedure.焊接中的焊道数取决于板厚,当在制定焊接工艺中必须加以考虑。1.5.Theweldingshallbecarriedoutbytwoweldersworkingsimultaneously.焊接时需由两名焊工同时操作。1.6.Usesuitableweldingproceduresandweldingconsumables.Electrodestobeproperlyhandledinordertopreventmoisturepickup.焊接时使用合适的焊接工艺和焊条/焊丝。焊条需妥善保存以免受潮。1.7.Nogapbetweenfoundationandpedestalisallowedbeforewelding.IfnecessaryadjustaccordingtoPage18.Tackweldfoundationtopedestal.IMPORTANT注意Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch2(18)InstructionTacksapprox.70mmlongand300mmapart.Ifpossible,tackweldfrominsideandremovetackswhenbackgouging.Makesurefoundationistackweldedincorrectforwardandaftdirection;incaseofquestioncontactMGCheadoffice.焊接前基座与基柱间不得有间隙,如有间隙,可按第18页加以调整。基座与基柱的定位焊接点,焊缝长约70mm,相互间隔300mm。尽可能在内侧点焊并在外侧焊接结束后,再从内侧碳刨清根。确认基座在定位焊接时摆放方向正确,如有问题,请联系麦基嘉总部。Stay对角支撑Foundation基座施焊前对接处不允许有间隙基柱基座Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch3(18)InstructionCylindricalfoundationsareoftenequippedwithdiagonalstays(seeabove)fromthesupplier;thosestaysshallnotbetakenawaybeforewelding,thefoundationtothepedestalandthepedestaltotheshipsstructure.Howeverpleasenotethattheyshallberemovedbeforetheflatnessanddimensionsarechecked.制造厂商通常会对桶形基座加对角支撑(见上图),在将基座焊至基柱或将基柱焊至船体结构前不得撤除支撑。但在检查基座水平和尺寸之前需撤除支撑。1.8.Weldaccordingtoproposedweldingsequence(seepage4-8).依据建议的焊接顺序进行焊接(见4~8页)Fullpenetrationweldingisalwaysneeded.焊缝必须全部熔透。Usebackgougingwhennecessary.应采用碳刨清根保证焊缝熔透性。1.9.Non-destructivetestshallbeperformedinaccordancewithrequirementfromClassificationSocieties.依据船级社要求对焊缝作无损探伤测试Afterweldingthefoundationtothepedestal,theflatnessofthetopflangehastobechecked.基座焊至基柱后需测量基座上表面的平面度。Thetolerancesofthefoundation(seedrawingoffoundation)mustbeheld.Seechapter2forinstructionformeasuringofflatness.基座的平面度公差必需加以控制(见基座图纸)。平面度测量指导见第2章。Iftheflatnessrequirementsarenotobtained,itisnecessarytocutdownthefoundationandreweldit.如果平面度达不到要求,需将基座割下重焊。Weldingofextraliftingeyes(orsimilar)tothefoundationisnotallowed.ExceptionscanonlybeapprovedbyMacGREGORCranesheadoffice.不得在基座上焊接其它的吊环(或类似装置),除非得到麦基嘉总部的特别许可。IMPORTANT注意IMPORTANT注意Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch4(18)Instruction1.10WeldingoffoundationtoPedestal基座至基柱的焊接IMPORTANT!Thefoundationandpedestalshallbeinverticalposition.注意:基座和基柱应垂直放置进行焊接。Theweldingzone”A”canbeasoneofthetwoalternativesbelow.焊接区域A可以为下两种方式之一Alt1Stiffeningplateattheweldingzone”A”类型1,焊接区域A有加强板Circularcrosssectionoffoundation:基座为圆形截面:-W1:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence1(WS1)-W1:按焊接顺序(1)焊接-W2:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence2(WS2)Weldingzone“A”焊接区域“A”W1W2W3(Shallbeweldedbythesupplierofthefoundation)由制造商完成焊接Cranehouse塔身Foundation基座Pedestal基柱Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch5(18)Instruction-W2:按焊接顺序(2)焊接-W3:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence2(WS2)-W3:按焊接顺序(2)焊接Rectangularsectionwithstiffeningplatezone“A”:基座为矩形截面:-W1:Allrunsexceptforthelastthreeaccordingtoweldingsequence3(WS3),lastthreerunsaccordingtoweldingsequence4(WS4).W1:除最后三道外按焊接顺序(3)焊接,最后三道按焊接顺序(4)焊接。W2:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence5(WS5).W2:按焊接顺序(5)焊接。Alt2Nostiffeningplateattheweldingzone”A”类型2,焊接区域A无加强板Circularcrosssectionoffoundation:基座为圆形截面:-W1:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence1(WS1)-W1:按焊接顺序(1)焊接-W2:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence2(WS2)-W2:按焊接顺序(2)焊接Rectangularsection:基座为矩形截面:-W1:Allrunsaccordingtoweldingsequence3(WS3).-W1:按焊接顺序(3)焊接-W2:Allrunsexceptforthelastthreeaccordingtoweldingsequence3(WS3),lastthreerunsaccordingtoweldingsequence4(WS4).-W2:除最后三道外按焊接顺序(3)焊接,最后三道按焊接顺序(4)焊接W1W2Inside基座内部Outside基座外部Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch6(18)InstructionWELDINGSEQUENCES焊接顺序FOUNDATIONSWITHCYLINDRICCROSSSECTION截面为圆形的基座WeldingSequence-WS2焊接顺序(2)WeldingSequence-WS1焊接顺序(1)Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrantal)500/DForsberg07-06-1210M2020-035En-Ch7(18)InstructionFOUNDATIONSWITHRECTANGULARCROSSSECTION截面为矩形的基座WeldingSequence-WS3焊接顺序(3)WeldingSequence-WS4焊接顺序(4)WeldingSequence-WS5焊接顺序5Tjst/UtfärdareDatumUtgåvaRegnrSidnrant
